Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. -Luke 12:32

We have made the difficult decision to cancel our worship gathering tomorrow morning at the YMCA, Sunday, November 14, 2021. We will still have a Zoom Bible study and prayer meeting 10am. The Zoom login info is below.

We have been slow to make this decision in consideration of the essential importance of gathering to worship God and build one another up in Christ. We are canceling for a few reasons.

For one, we want to slow the spread in our church in consideration of the strong prevalence of COVID in our church family at the moment. Three of our elders are out with COVID. Matt Verhoff remains on a ventilator, Matt Parks and Jeremy Rupp have tested positive, along with others in our church body.

Also, there is a practical reality that being a set-up and tear-down church requires a lot of volunteers, and many of those volunteers are either sick, have household members with symptoms, or are uncomfortable with coming considering the circumstances.

We will reassess this decision next week, but we expect this not to be longer than a week or two.

Gathering on Zoom is more personal and interactive than watching an online stream. So come join us for a Zoom Bible study as we set our hope on heaven, and pray for those who are sick. Come ready to interact in Zoom break-out rooms for discussion and prayer.
